Page Speed tool now available in Chrome

Last week I blogged about the GoMo tool to test how well optimised your site is for mobile devices. An older measure many web masters try to manage is page speed. At the GoMeasure event I attended and posted about last October, the GA team shared a link to the free Page Speed tool for a quick evaluation. This tool is now available as a Chrome extension. It requires a few steps to configure Chrome settings to allow the extension to run but once done its simple to read and also calls out attention to page elements depending on the level of attention required using ‘traffic lights’.
